spaghetti.

Failed prints have a small number of causes and a photograph usually names the culprit. Guessing at settings from forum threads is what turns one bad print into a week of them.

The programs

Four programs, from failures to finished parts

Everything is worked on your printer, your filament and the prints that went wrong this week.

How it works

Photograph the failure

A close-up of a bad first layer or a stringy tower tells a coach more than three paragraphs of description.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on your printer, your slicer and what keeps failing.

Photograph every failure

Close-up and wide, plus the filament and settings you used.

A named cause

Within 24 hours: what went wrong, and the single change to test.

Calibration that sticks

Profiles saved per filament, so you stop starting over.

How we work

Vendor-neutral, and careful about safety

Zelorai sells no printers, filament or upgrades and takes nothing from any manufacturer. Most people need better calibration far more than a new machine, and that advice is hard to give when a shop is paying for it.

We also stay away from two things: modifications that disable thermal runaway protection or other safety features, and anything involving mains wiring. Resin and ABS get honest treatment on ventilation, gloves and disposal rather than a shrug.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Which printer should I buy?

We'll give you an honest recommendation for your budget and earn nothing from it. If you already own something decent, the answer is usually to calibrate it.

My first layer never sticks.

Almost always bed level, nozzle height or surface prep, in that order. Send a photo of the layer and we'll tell you which.

Do you cover resin printing?

Yes, including the parts people skip: ventilation, gloves, washing, curing and disposing of uncured resin properly.

Can you help me repair my printer?

We can diagnose and talk you through routine maintenance. We don't service machines, and we won't advise on mains wiring or on removing safety protections.

Can I sell what I print?

Often, but check the license on any model you didn't design and respect patents and trademarks. Designing your own avoids most of it, which is what the CAD program is for.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Got a print that keeps failing?

Twenty minutes on your printer, your settings and what the photo is telling us. Free.
